The Alzheimer Society of Montreal is committed to alleviating the social and personal consequences of Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, as well as promoting research into their causes and cure.

Volunteer Job(s) and Description

Volunteers play a key role at the Alzheimer Society of Montréal. They help us enrich the lives of people with Alzheimer’s disease and the lives of their families.

Volunteers are people like you.
Activity Centres: Make a difference in the lives of people with Alzheimer’s disease by providing them with stimulating activities, while giving their loved ones a day of respite.
Awareness: Giving conferences to various
organizations, tending information booths,
distribution of promotional material.
Events: Be a volunteer at one of our annual events or plan one of your own.
Annual fundraising campaigns:
Get involved in numerous fundraising initiatives aimed at helping us achieve our mission.
At our offices or from home:
Give us a hand in our day-to-day tasks.

Volunteer Requirements (language, special skills, etc.)

A smile is a must 🙂
français, english, bilingual, spanish, italian, korean, dutch, german… any language.
No special skills required

Time Commitment

No minimum – no maximum
Volunteering at the Alzheimer Society of Montreal… means devoting a few hours of your free time to a worthy cause and sharing your expertise. Often, volunteering is a personal way to thank those who have helped improve the quality of life of a person with Alzheimer’s disease

Application form for volunteer position must be completed and returned along with an updated Resume (CV).
Then an welcome interview is conduct to match potential candidate with a position within our volunteer team.
