Organization Objective | Mission: CCS improves the quality of life of individuals and families by significantly reducing isolation and effectively supporting those that live in poverty, primarily within the English speaking community of Montreal. |
Volunteer Job(s) and Description | CCS has many volunteer opportunities to work with seniors, youth or to do adminstrative and community development work in a multitude of locations at varying times. The jobs range from kitchen worker to office worker or friendly visitor to animating an activity. We have locations in Little Burgundy, Lachine, LaSalle, Anjou, and satellite centers all over the Greater Montreal area. |
Volunteer Requirements (language, special skills, etc.) | Our volunteer positions are so varied that it would change from each individual volunteer job to another. |
Time Commitment | Most of our opportunities are on weekdays, Monday through Friday between 9:00am – 4:00pm. |
