Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is a charitable, grassroots organization that is committed to stopping impaired driving and supporting the victims of this violent crime. At the heart of MADD is our volunteers who include not only mothers, but fathers, friends, business professionals, experts in the anti-impaired driving field and concerned citizens who want to make a difference in the fight against impaired driving.

MADD Montréal’s aim is to offer support services to victims, heighten awareness about the dangers of alcohol- and drug-impaired driving, and to save lives and prevent injuries on our roads. We offer something for everyone:

Volunteer Job(s) and Description

We need all kinds of volunteers from those who can help at at projects and  exhibitions to actually work on planning. We can instruct,train and even help with some school courses.

Volunteer Requirements (language, special skills, etc.)

English, French an asset-as would be any language. An interest in people, an understanding of the social dangers of alcohol. Some legal, teaching or sales background. Other interests could be in fund raising, interacting with people, interested in community. Drivers with cars some times valuable. Computer skills – even some experience is setting up web sites.

We try to match time you have as to days, hours, or work from home.

Application Process

Send name and email- with areas you might like to do. When we need volunteers, we email, and your choice to answer or wait till next need. Not necessary to reply if you are busy. You can add info. any time if something might interest you – just not at that time.
